At M-Sakura.store, operated by FSM-C, Inc., we ship Korean and Japanese skincare products to the countries available through our store checkout.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

M-Sakura.store is operated by FSM-C, Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. Our products are sourced and fulfilled internationally, and orders may be dispatched from fulfillment locations and supply partners in South Korea, Japan, or Hong Kong, depending on the product and inventory availability.

As a result, the shipping origin of an order may differ from our registered business address in the United States. Where products within the same order are fulfilled from different locations, the order may arrive in separate shipments.

The applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe are displayed during checkout. International shipments may also be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country where applicable.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Order processing time occurs before the order is dispatched and is separate from the delivery timeframe shown below.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

For other international destinations that are available at checkout, standard international shipping is currently USD 25.00, with an estimated delivery time of 9–17 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and begin after the order has been dispatched. Including the 1–4 business day processing period, the estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is generally 10–21 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number by email when tracking information is available.

Customs and Import Fees

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless they are collected during checkout.
